    Product Description
    Lactoperoxidase is an enzyme extracted from premium quality bovine milk. It has been shown to be bacteriostatic against gram-negative organisms and exhibits pH dependent bacteriocidal action against gram-negative organisms in the presence of thiocyanate and hydrogen peroxide. Lactoperoxidase offers antimicrobial properties, is resistant to proteolysis and also offers protein iodination.

    Product Description
    Farbest Co-Isolate is a fraction derived from high quality cow's milk from New Zealand. Co-Isolate is comprised mainly of Lactoferrin and Lactoperoxidase, but also contains other important milk proteins. Lactoferrin and Lactoperoxidase are natural anti-microbrobial, anti-viral, and anti-oxidant agents.
