Product Description Tatua 107 low viscosity sodium caseinate has been lightly hydrolyzed via enzymatic hydrolysis to reduce the viscosity of liquid applications. Tatua 107 is spray dried and has a very good flavor profile. This product can be easily incorporated into flavor sensitive formulations. Tatua 107 retains many of the functional properties of sodium caseinate including water binding, whipping, foam stability, and emulsification. |
